What does it cost to manage your Brisbane investment property with McKenzie Wu?

 

Our Property Management charge is simple – a low fixed percentage rate which covers all of the following:
  • Entry & Exit condition report
  • Quarterly routine inspections
  • Fortnightly payments and statements
  • End of Financial Year statements and 24x7 access to financials in online portal
  • Arrears management
  • Maintenance management
  • Insurance claim processing
  • Bills payment eg. rates, water etc
  • Mediation / Tribunal hearings
  • Annual appraisal
  • Negotiation / renewal (existing tenants)
Our Letting Fee is one week’s rent.  This is only charged when we are finding and placing a new tenant.  There is no charge if the existing tenant is renewing.  The Letting Fee covers all of the following:
  • Professional photography
  • Walk-through video
  • Premiere listing on realestate.com.au
  • Standard listing on domain.com.au
  • Large signboard
  • Colour brochures
  • Two open homes per week plus private inspections as requested
  • Applicant vetting and reporting for owner approval
  • Lease preparation and bond processing
